Q. How will my order be shipped and how long does it take? A. Your order will be shipped as USPS First Class Mail, and will arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
Q. What is your Return Policy? A. If you receive a defective product(s), THP will exchange it with the exact same product(s). All items must be returned in original condition and show no signs of use. Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and no replacement items will be shipped until THP receives the original defective product. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs of defective item(s) back to THP, but will not be charged for shipping on any replacement item(s). There are no refunds.
Q. What happens if I input the wrong address at checkout? A. If you enter the incorrect address and do not notify us before the order is shipped, we cannot refund your purchase.
